What's included

Every job runs through the same yard, the same drivers and the same inspection sheet. You get one point of contact from quote to placement, and pricing that is quoted in full before anything is dispatched.

Inspected units

Roof, floor, rails and gaskets checked and photographed before the unit leaves the yard.

Fast turnaround

Most orders placed before noon are scheduled within 48 hours.

Written guarantee

Wind & watertight is guaranteed in writing, not just described in a listing.

Clear pricing

Delivery, tax and any return fee are quoted up front — no line items added later.

How it works

  1. 1
Tell us the site and the size

Send the address and roughly what you are storing. If you are unsure between a 20ft and a 40ft, we will ask two questions and tell you which one fits.

  2. 2
    We check access

A tilt-bed needs a straight, firm run-up about twice the container's length and roughly 14 feet of overhead clearance. We confirm this before the truck is dispatched.

  3. 3
    You get a full quote

Unit, grade, delivery, tax and any return fee in one number. Approve it and we lock a date.

  4. 4
    Placement day

The driver sets the unit level on your pad, checks that the doors swing true, and hands over the keys.

Common questions

How much space do you need to deliver?

Roughly twice the container's length of straight, firm approach and about 14 feet of overhead clearance. Send a photo of the drive and we will confirm before scheduling.

What does delivery cost?

Typically $300–900 depending on distance and whether a tilt-bed or crane is needed. It is quoted with the unit, never added afterwards.

Do I need a permit?

It depends on your municipality. Temporary residential storage is usually fine in much of Franklin County; permanent or commercial placement generally needs a zoning review. HOAs can be stricter than the city.

Can I see the actual unit first?

Yes. We photograph the specific container assigned to your order, and you are welcome to inspect it at the yard in Columbus.
